  • Your Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content of the files you process and for keeping secure local backups of your original documents.
  • Automated Processing: All file conversions and edits are performed by automated system scripts. No manual human review of your files takes place.

4. Automated File Deletion & Storage Limitations

4ory is a real-time document processing tool, not a permanent file storage provider:

  • Processed files are automatically and permanently deleted from our servers within 1 hour.
  • Once deleted, files cannot be recovered or restored under any circumstances.
  • We strongly advise downloading your processed files immediately after tool completion.

5. Fair Use & Limitations

To ensure high availability and fast processing speeds for all global users, 4ory enforces reasonable rate limits and file size caps. We reserve the right to restrict access, reduce bandwidth, or temporarily block IP addresses that attempt abuse or excessive server resource consumption.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties
